- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆These people have a really poor attitude, are rude, unhelpful and disorganised. You wait months for an appointment and then they cancel it at the last minute, offering you only the chance of waiting another month for an appointment. They dont offer to cover your out of pocket expenses or loss of a days leave, in fact they dont even apologise. And god forbid if you miss an appointment because they will try to impose a financial penalty on you stating only that you should be aware of this penalty, as they have a sign in the shop. Not much good if you have never actually been in the shop or need glasses to read. If there was another optician in the town, these l***** would be out of business!By Admin, June 13, 2020
